My wife, Sandra has suffered from early onset Alzheimer's disease for 6 years now, she's 61, and has been in Lakelands Lodge for a little over a year. She has no awareness of people, or her whereabouts, and needed one to one care whilst in the nursing home.I became aware of Ocean Care Services by recommendation and contacted the proprietor Muhammad Khan who immediately provided help in out time of need.His staff are kind, helpful, and professional carers, many of whom have travelled quite a distance to start their shift in Fleetwood.Myself and members of our family hold the carers supplied in high regard, and I must thank Muhammad for his support.If we ever need care cover, albeit short or long term, at sometimes short notice, Muhammad can always oblige.The company works in tandem with our main carer who can regularly require backup to cover shifts, and Ocean are there for us.The company provides peace of mind that Sandra is always being looked after well, and that her needs come first.Highly recommended!
We at St Albans have nothing but positive experiences with both care staff and nursing staff. Ocean is extremely amenable , providing cover at a moments notice, even early hours. We are provided with continuity within the staff provided, fully trained as well as taking part in the homes training. All staff are knowledgeable and experienced in many field and considered part of the St Albans family. Rates are fair and competitive. Couldn’t be more satisfied. The Ocean team continue to be extremely supportive.

I have used Ocean Care Services for over 3 years and worked very closely alongside Muhammed the company owner. I have received some of the best experienced nurses and care assistants that I have from any supplier. I have also help to improve the experience of newer staff members who have attended that are new to care. His staff are always polite, hard working and reliable, often picking up hard to fill or short notice shifts to assist in maintaining the staffing numbers within the home. Muhammed always tries to maintain a continuity in care by supplying regular staff which is a massive bonus to the home. I am also pleased that Ocean are now regulated by CQC which will help the company grow further. Thank you Muhammed and the team for your continued and ongoing support.
