Referrals & Discounts - Terms and conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The referral scheme is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
   • Employees of Ocean Care Services Ltd and their immediate family members are ineligible to participate.
   • Referrals apply solely to individuals referring new clients to Ocean Care Services Ltd.
2. Referral Process:
   • To qualify for the referral scheme, the referrer must submit the client’s details through the designated online form or portal provided by Ocean Care Services Ltd.
   • Referrals must be individuals who are not currently engaged with Ocean Care Services Ltd.
3. Qualifying Referrals:
   • A qualifying referral is defined as a person who successfully refers a new client to Ocean Care Services Ltd.
4. Reward Structure:
   • The referrer will be eligible for a reward of £100 in either gift cards or cash for each qualifying referral.
   • Rewards will be distributed within 1 month following the successful completion of either 100 hours of service or a 2-month tenure by the referred candidate.
5. Payment of Rewards:
   • Payment method and details will be coordinated between the referrer and the Ocean Care Services Ltd HR or Finance department.
6. Multiple Referrals:
   • There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make.
   • Each referral must be submitted individually through the designated process.
   • • In the case of multiple individuals referring the same client, only the person who submits the referral first will be eligible for the referral scheme reward. Subsequent referrals of the same client will not be considered for rewards.
7. Termination of Referral Scheme:
   • Ocean Care Services Ltd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
   • In the event of termination, all outstanding rewards will be honored for qualifying referrals made before the termination date.
8. Confidentiality:
   • All information shared in the referral process, including client details and referrer information, will be treated as confidential and handled in accordance with Ocean Care Services Ltd’s privacy policy.
9. Client Benefit:

• Upon successful sign-up and commencement of services with Ocean Care Services Ltd, referred clients will be eligible for a 10% discount applied to their service fees for the first billing cycle following the completion of either 100 hours of service or a 2-month tenure by the referred client.
• The discount will be reflected in the client’s invoice and will be applicable for the initial billing month following the completion of the aforementioned service hours or tenure.
• Discount is only Valid if this is agreed at the time of sign up

          General Conditions:

• • The decision of Ocean Care Services Ltd in all matters relating to the referral scheme and discount will be final.
  • These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time, and the most recent version will be applicable.

By participating in the referral scheme, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Ocean Care Services Ltd reserves the right to amend or update these terms at its discretion.
